Yeosu - host city of the EXPO 2012

"Yeony and Suny" - the official mascots of the Expo 2012 in front of the information center in the South Korean city. Yeosu will host the Expo 2012 exhibition under the theme "The Living Ocean and Coast". Yeosu (Yeosu-si) is a city in South Jeolla Province. Old Yeosu City, which was founded in 1949, Yeocheon City, founded in 1986, and Yeocheon County were merged into a new city in 1998.
