Stara Lubovna, district "Podsadek"

Svetlana in their new built house at the Roma settlement in Stara Lubova. She joined the micro-loan fund project for the local Roma community provided by the foundation "ETP Slovakia" even without telling her husband in the beginning. Svetlana explains how life changed after moving out of the one room wooden house :"After (we built the new house) many things became better. Our three children have their own space and privacy. We now finally have also a bathroom what is probably the most important change and we have much more space then before." Even with all those aspects Svetlana plans to follow her husband to the UK, both were struggeling to find work in the area and plan to stay abroad till their loan is payed.
